The Seasons Hospice team cares for the patient holistically so that physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs are met. Volunteers play an important role in hospice and can offer patients companionship while supporting caregivers, too.
A wide variety of hospice services are available to you wherever you call home - whether it’s your private residence, a skilled nursing or assisted living facility or other care facilities. Our beautiful hospice house, located in rural southwest Rochester, is available for those who need 24-hour care. It is currently being renovated but is open with reduced bed capacity.
