Download and Install Jabra Direct Setup. Download the Jabra Direct Setup from here. Install setup and press launch. Connect your Jabra device to get started. This will check if you require a firmware update. Your device is now ready to be configured as an audio device in the 3CX app for Windows. Configure the 3CX app for Windows to use Jabra. New Jabra Direct features and enhancements: Jabra Intelligent Call Transfer feature – available for Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business with Jabra Evolve 40 and 80. Notice: Must be enabled in Jabra Direct under General Setting. Jabra Evolve 40 and 80 must be upgraded to firmware version 2.0 or newer (available soon) to support Jabra Intelligent. Jabra Direct Smart, secure and free call management of headsets and speakerphones. To set your presence status, follow these steps. In Jabra Direct, click the Settings icon. In Update presence in softphones, click to select On or Off. Note Your softphone must support integration with Jabra Direct for this feature to work. Images and text are for guidance purposes only.
